Today’s bake sale was a smashing success! Despite the downpour throughout the early afternoon, our bake sale table at 3 Brothers Pizza and Cafe was busy non-stop.
Each of our vegan bakers presented beautiful treats- black and white cookies, oreo truffles, peanut butter chocolate cupcakes, almond chocolate cupcakes, vegan twinkies, raw key lime pie and good ole fashioned chocolate chip cookies. We also had a cupcake tower brimming with red velvet cupcakes and raw german chocolate cupcakes.
3 Brothers Pizza Cafe generously donated two Vegan Treat cakes, the coconut macaroon and the peanut butter bomb. And for today only, 3 Brothers offered vegan pizzas by the slice! Delicious. My personal fave? The now famous seitan bacon ranch. We went ahead and ordered a pie for our table.
And what you’ve all been waiting for! Thank to all the amazing support, our little Long Island bake sale raised $556 for the Catskill Animal Sanctuary! I can’t wait to hand deliver it next week when I visit the farm.
